1. Each person whose application has been granted by the Librarian shall be issued membership Card on payment of membership fee and security deposit. One card will be issued to a member.
2. Membership card shall remain valid unless previously surrendered or cancelled
3. A member who has lost a card shall write a declaration of the same to the Librarian and pay a fee of Rs. 50/- for the duplicate card.
