22nd May was announced by Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation, Kolkata as Public Library Day, the birth anniversary of the great social reformer Raja Rammohun Roy. This year, Mizoram State Library observe and celebrate the occasion by hanging Posters depicting inspirational messages about the importance of Public Libraries and benefits of reading books to create more awareness among the community. Various sites especially Public places were selected for hanging out the posters.
