Under the RRRLF Matching Scheme for the year 2026–2027, one sample copy of books intended for distribution to Government Recognized NGO Libraries should be submitted to the Mizoram State Library, New Capital Complex, Khatla, on or before 31st August, 2026, for selection and review by the Book Selection Committee under the State Library Committee.
The price of each book must not exceed Rs. 600, and handwritten prices or rubber-stamped prices will not be accepted. Sample books submitted cannot be taken back and will be treated as donations.
